1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 555ra platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and any user of the platform ("you", "member", "player"). Using, registering on, or accessing the platform in any way means you fully agree to these Terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are given below:

• "Platform" — The 555ra website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" — A person who has opened a valid account and is using 555ra's services.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 555ra and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are opening the account in your own name, for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You do not reside in an area where this type of service is entirely prohibited by law.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, the extra accounts will be suspended and bonuses may be cancelled.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, phone number, date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. 555ra reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided, in which case bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal request or for security purposes, 555ra may request documents to verify identity, proof of address, and payment method. This process is to ensure the security of your account.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions made from your account, unless you can prove that unauthorised access occurred.
• Change your password regularly and avoid easily guessable passwords.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following payment methods are accepted on the 555ra platform:

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method. The maximum deposit limit is set by the platform authority and is subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase due to identity verification or other reasons.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account.
• No more than one bonus will be active at a time.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a set period; if the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 555ra reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, 555ra runs various promotional offers, cashback deals, and tournaments. The specific terms for each offer are published separately.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Each game and betting market has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game or section page. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a specific game's cash-out feature is available.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to server failure, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, 555ra will make a decision based on the available information. In such cases, the authority's decision is final.

6.3 Erroneous Offers

If incorrect odds or offers are displayed due to a technical error, 555ra reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet or transaction.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555ra platform:

• Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software for betting or gaming.
• Unauthorised access to other members' accounts or hacking attempts.
• Depositing funds from third-party payment methods or anonymous sources.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating an account using fraudulent information.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other members.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Providing a false identity or information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• On instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (not connected to a bonus-related violation) will be returned, after the applicable verification process is completed.

11 Limitation of Liability

555ra shall not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Account information being leaked due to the member's own negligence.
• Issues arising from third-party software or services.
• Service disruption due to government or legal reasons.
• Any amount won or lost through gaming, which is the result of the member's own decisions.

555ra operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to ensuring fair play.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

555ra reserves the right to change, modify, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. The date of the change will be noted in the "Last Updated" section at the top of this page.

13 Dispute Resolution
